Full Cream Milk Powder (FCMP), commonly referred to as Whole Milk Powder (WMP), is a dairy product that is produced by evaporating fresh, pasteurized Full Cream cow’s milk. It maintains the desirable characteristics of fresh liquid milk and, when in its powdered state, serves as a vital ingredient in the production of a wide variety of food products. We offer the following types of Full Cream Milk Powder:

Full Cream Milk Powder (FCMP) Composition 

Full Cream Milk Powder (FCMP) typically contains proteins ranging from 24-28%, lactose from 36-38.5%, fat from 26-28.5%, moisture from 2.0-4.5%, and ash from 5.5-6.6%. It must be free from Salmonella, Listeria, coagulase-negative Staphylococcus, and should have a maximum Standard Plate Count of 10,000 colony-forming units per gram (CFU/g). FCMP is non-GMO and does not contain genetically modified ingredients, requiring no special labeling. 

Applications 

Full Cream Milk Powder is widely utilized across various sectors of the food industry. It plays a key role in the production processes of bakeries, confectioneries, chocolate manufacturers, and ice cream makers. Additionally, it is an essential ingredient in the creation of frozen foods, instant soups, bakery items, confectioneries, chocolates, biscuits, cookies, dairy products such as yogurt, laban, cheeses, pasteurized and UHT milk, processed cheeses, evaporated and sweetened condensed milk, fruit and flavored beverages, sauces, infant foods, and milk formulas. Full Cream Milk Powder is also employed in producing reconstituted milk by adding the appropriate amount of water to achieve the desired product composition. The nutritional content of reconstituted milk matches that of fresh liquid milk, making it a versatile and valuable component in various food product formulations.

Packaging 

Full Cream Milk Powder (FCMP) is offered in various packaging options to cater to different needs and preferences. These include:  

  • 10-25kg multilayer Kraft paper bags 
  • 500-1,000 kg Big Bags 
  • For retail: 400-900g PA/PE bags 

Upon request, FCMP can also be provided in the following packaging options:  

  • Tin Cans: 400g, 900g, 1800g, and 2500g 
  • Personal size sachets: 15g, 20g, and 50g 
  • Family size pouches of 400g, 800g, 900g, 1800g, and 2250g

Shelf life 

The shelf life of Full Cream Milk Powder (FCMP) is 12 months from the date of production. 

Storage 

Full Cream Milk Powder (FCMP) should be stored and transported in a cool, dry environment with temperatures below 25°C and relative humidity below 75%. FCMP is non-GMO and does not contain genetically modified ingredients, therefore it does not require any special labeling.
